North Kitsap Club
We are a unique Club, located at the Kingston Middle School. The roots of the North Kitsap Club began with a conversation in the Greater Kingston Kiwanis Club in 2003, after North Kitsap lost two teens to suicide. Members asked “What do North Kitsap children need after school to help keep kids occupied instead of going to an unsupervised home?” The thought was that if just one child could be kept from harm, the mission would be accomplished. After several community meetings, the option was explored and developed to form a local club under the umbrella, the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County. A door was opened and with the cooperation of the North Kitsap School district, the support of the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County, fundraising, and hours of volunteer service, the North Kitsap Boys & Girls Club was formed. We are currently conducting a capital campaign and plan to move to a new community center located at the Village Green in downtown Kingston within 3 years.

Thank you to the Village Green Foundation for their support of the North Kitsap Boys & Girls Club.
The Village Green Foundation‘s mission is to build a place that connects the Kingston community. Their goal is to build a community center that will encompass a library, the North Kitsap Boys & Girls Club, a senior center and meeting rooms. In an article in the Kitsap Sun, The Village Green Foundation announced that they recently received a $1 million gift which brings them only $2 million from their $6 million goal.
