Brighten a Child’s Holiday: Join Comcast’s Community Donation Drive for Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County
By Marci Volmer
As Chief Operating Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County, I have the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible impact our community can make when we come together. With the holiday season upon us, I find myself reflecting on the true spirit of giving and the difference we can create in the lives of local children.
This November, Comcast is stepping up in a big way by hosting a community donation drive to support our Boys & Girls Clubs—and I’m asking for your help to make it a success. From now until the end of November, we’re collecting donations of new clothing, shoes, and toys for kids aged 12 and under. It might seem like a small gesture, but to a child in need, your gift can make this holiday season unforgettable. Imagine the joy on a child’s face when they receive a new cozy winter jacket or unwrap a special toy just for them. This is the kind of magic your kindness can create.
You can drop off your new, unwrapped donations at any of these Xfinity Retail Stores:
Everett
Lynnwood
Edmonds
Lake Stevens
Mill Creek
Every single item donated will be turned into a meaningful gift for a child at one of our local Boys & Girls Clubs. It’s about more than just giving a present—it’s about showing our kids that they’re seen, valued, and cared for by their community.
Comcast’s regional headquarters are right here in Snohomish County, and they’ve been a fantastic partner in our shared mission to give back. Together, we’re working to bring a little extra joy and warmth to families who need it most this season.
I hope you’ll join us in making an impact. Visit your nearest Xfinity store and drop off a donation. Let’s spread some holiday cheer and show our kids the power of a community that cares.
