Club kids represent Washington State at the 2024 Ripken Summer Camp

Our youth from the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation just completed an incredible week in Aberdeen, Maryland at the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation’s youth development camp. Six youth and two mentors joined participants from around the nation at the Ripken Baseball Academy for baseball and softball instruction. Sponsored by the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, the five-day overnight camp brought together 202 youth from across 21 states and D.C. for baseball and softball training, team-building activities, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Our sincere thanks to the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation and SouthWest Airlines for making this unforgettable opportunity possible. Congrats to our mentors, Meghan Francis and Angel Vargas, along with our amazing youth-Jraiya Laria Marchand, Jaiyana Raylynn Marchand, Nikolai Kolb, Jase Thomas, Alex Vallee and Jaysin Vallee for representing Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County and the @Indigenous community.
