PRACTICES: Start week of March 25th, most ages receive 2 practices per week

GAMES: 7 games in a 6-week season (no Memorial Day), starting April 13th & ending May 27th.

GEAR: All players will receive a reversible jersey provided by the NFL. All players MUST wear mouth guards for every game and practice. Athletic attire and rubber cleats are recommended.

FORMAT: Teams are co-ed and are combined as follows: 3-4 year olds, 5-6 year olds, 7-8 year olds, 9-10 year olds, 11- 12 year olds and 13-14 year olds. We have a high school league as well. We also have all girls flag divisions for 7-9 year olds & 10-12 year olds. Girls will be placed on a co-ed roster if we do not have enough players to form an all-girl team. Coaches will contact players once rosters are formed.

TIMES:
Beginner: Wednesdays 6 – 6:45 PM
Intermediate: Wednesdays 7 – 7:45 PM
Advanced: Wednesdays 8 – 8:45 PM
Adult: Thursdays 6:30 – 8 PM

GEAR: A quality karate uniform is suggested (not required) and available at class.

FORMAT: This course is designed for self-defense purposes, emphasizing safety awareness. Self-discipline rather than aggressiveness is promoted. A certified black belt will instruct various basic karate, self-defense and forms. Physical contact is NOT allowed in beginner classes. There will be regular testing at the end the session. A special parent demo and awards will be presented at the last class.
