Jeanne McCoy (in the middle) and her daughter giving back a quilt the late State Senator John McCoy bought at one of the first Tulalip auctions to raise money for the Tulalip Club. John had it displayed in his Olympia office at the State Capitol. John was involved in developing the partnership between BGC of Snohomish County and The Tulalip Tribes when he served as Tulalip’s government relations director. The quilt was handmade by volunteers.
