Kids First Facilities Fund
Keeping our Clubs safe, strong, and always open for kids.
Every day, thousands of kids in Snohomish County and beyond rely on the Boys & Girls Clubs as a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive. Behind every gym, learning center, game room, and teen space is something essential, but often invisible–facilities that are well-maintained, safe, and ready for kids.
The Kids First Facilities Fund was created to ensure that our 27 club locations stay open, safe, and fully operational—no matter what. This fund partners with local vendors, contractors, tradespeople, and caring businesses who want to make a meaningful impact by helping us reduce the cost of repairs and preventive maintenance.
When we protect our buildings, we protect our kids.
Our Goal: $100,000
Help us reach our goal of $100,000 to ensure that all of our Clubs stay open and safe for our Club kids!

Why we need the Kids First Facilities Fund
Facilities work isn’t glamorous, but it is absolutely critical. HVAC failures, plumbing leaks, roof issues, and safety repairs can create unexpected shutdowns that directly affect the kids we serve.
Our goal is to build a “zero-footprint maintenance model”—a system where the cost of repairs and preventive maintenance is minimized through:
- Donated labor
- Donated materials
- Reduced-rate services
- Vendor partnerships
- Annual support commitments
Every dollar saved on facility costs is a dollar that goes back into programs, meals, mentorship, sports, STEM, and life-changing opportunities for kids.

Our 2026 Campaign Goal: $100,000
To support all 27 clubs through the 2026 calendar year, we’ve set a goal of raising $100,000 in donated services, materials, and financial contributions.
This target allows us to:
- Expand preventive maintenance
- Reduce emergency repairs
- Limit closures or program disruptions
- Keep more resources directly supporting kids

Why This Matters
When facility issues force a Club to close, kids lose access to:
- Meals
- After-school programs
- Mentorship
- Safety and supervision
- Athletics and enrichment
- A supportive community they rely on
Your support ensures Clubs stay open, safe, reliable, and resilient—so kids always have a place to go and grow.
